A Little Bit about Me

Welcome to the Farm, my name is Marilyn and I'll be your host!

We live on a farm passed down from our grandparents in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Oregon.
We have a small menagerie of misfit farm animals ranging from our black and white cats Astro, Angus and Olive to our hard headed albeit lovable donkeys, Jack and Snowball, a handful of kahtadin and couple of woolly sheep, three extremely fierce and wildly protective (I'm just saying that because it sounds better than laid back and lazy feed burners) llamas Rex and Rita and Rocky, one extra large pot bellied pig named Pearl, peacocks, guinea hens, chickens, ducks, geese, and an angora rabbit named Rocket. We also have two Border Collies, Bart and Buddy, a thirty two pound Shih-Tzu named Pooter and a three legged neighbor dog that thinks she lives here!

I am married to Mike, and have two usually wonderful, mostly lovable children, Wyatt and Wendy, a might as well be son-in-law Jesse, and a beautiful grannybaby known as "The Neighbor".

I love lazy gardening, soap making, rug making, crocheting, cooking, eating, mod podge, General Hospital and Perry Mason.
